Vacancy: Global marketing communications coordinator (Elkem)
As marketing communications coordinator in Elkem Silicon Products (ESP), you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various global marketing communications activities in an international environment with various stakeholders.
You will advise and support our business with various (digital) marketing communications activities to help achieve their business goals, whilst respecting the overall ESP divisional marketing strategy and Elkem corporate identity. You will become part of a global ESP Marketing organization and together with several cross-divisional functions, you will ensure ESP divisions’ business needs are met and cross-divisional optimizations are ensure.

Main responsibilities:
- Define ESP division content strategy, optimizing our customers’ experience
- Coordinate and execute various content creation for all ESP business segments globally, both online and
offline, with inhouse designer - Manage various ESP marketing content libraries
- Maintain and improve our content enablement platform
- Optimize and promote our global on-demand printing platform
Required qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Marketing/ Communication/ International business / Journalism area (or similar)
- Minimum 5 years work experience in (marketing) communications, content creation or similar
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with Digital marketing tools and channels (CMS, SEO, Salesforce etc), international working experience and/or affinity with metallurgy, is a plus.

You are an experienced marketing communications professional, have a commercial and customer focused mindset and a natural curiosity. Your excellent communication skills, structured way of working and ability to translate complex scientific contents into clear messages are vital for this position.
The preferred work location is in Rotterdam (Netherlands), Oslo or Kristiansand (Norway), and allows flexibility and partial home office. The position reports to the Marketing manager Silicon Products division (located in the Netherlands). Travelling may be required.
